Our certifications

We are FSC® certified*

We have been FSC®-certified since 2012, and we strive to use mainly paper from responsibly managed forests as our standard in all productions. FSC certification not only ensures traceability and responsible forestry practices – it also gives you verifiable proof that your printed materials support biodiversity, protect forest ecosystems, and contribute to more sustainable supply chains.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management

Our quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001, which means we work in a structured way to ensure high and consistent quality in every delivery. Through clear procedures, annual audits, and continuous improvement, you can trust that we have the processes in place to deliver on our promises.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management

Our environmental management system is certified according to ISO 14001, which means we work systematically to reduce our environmental impact and comply with relevant legal requirements. With clear objectives, ongoing follow-up, and annual external audits, we ensure that our environmental efforts are both structured and long term.

ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management

Our occupational health and safety management system is certified according to ISO 45001, which means we work proactively to create a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for all employees. We identify risks, develop procedures, and undergo annual reviews to continuously improve workplace conditions.

1. Design for lower environmental impact

We help you make smarter material and structural choices from the very beginning. Through circular design, we reduce unnecessary materials, increase recyclability, and lower the product’s climate impact.

2. Guidance on EU sustainability requirements

We guide you through new requirements in PPWR, CSRD, and EUDR and help you understand how they affect your packaging and overall sustainability work.

3. Responsible production

We work systematically to ensure responsible production throughout our supply chain. Clear requirements in our Code of Conduct, ongoing follow-up, and multi-stage quality controls help create transparency and security across the entire value chain.

4. Climate data for your printed products

We have developed climate analyses for our product range in collaboration with an external sustainability agency. This provides reliable climate data that makes it easier to compare products, reduce carbon emissions, and meet the requirements of the EU’s new directives.

5. Optimize recyclability

We help you understand how your packaging must be labeled to meet the requirements of different EU markets. With clear guidance and up-to-date expertise, we make it easier to ensure compliance and optimize recyclability in practice.

6. Support biodiversity & forest conservation

As a complement to our climate analyses, every order you place contributes to CommuniTree. CommuniTree is a verified climate initiative that restores forests and creates social value for smallholder farming families in Nicaragua

Climate data for reduced carbon emissions

Together with the sustainability agency Zeromission, we have carried out climate analyzes to calculate how much carbon dioxide emissions are created during the life cycle of our products. It includes the stage from production of constituent materials, materials in transport packaging, transport, energy use in production, printing and finally distribution to the customer. We help you choose products with lower carbon dioxide emissions and provide you with reliable climate data. With clearer information, it will be easier to choose printed materials in line with your sustainability goals and meet the EU’s increasing requirements for climate reporting.

Climate initiatives as standard, not an add-on

As part of our work with detailed climate analyses, we want to make it easy for you as a customer to contribute to an initiative with documented impact. That is why we support CommuniTree – a long-term project in Nicaragua focused on reforestation, land restoration, and sustainable agriculture. The project is third-party verified under the Plan Vivo standard and generates both climate benefits and improved living conditions for local smallholder families.

When you place an order with Avisera, we support the CommuniTree climate initiative on your behalf. This means that every order directly contributes to restoring forests and combating deforestation, providing long-term and stable income for local smallholder families, and increasing biodiversity through the planting of native tree species.

CSR – Social Sustainability

Since we do not operate our own manufacturing, we can be highly selective about the factories we choose to work with. We assess each factory’s quality standards, environmental certifications, and ability to comply with our Code of Conduct. In addition, all our products undergo rigorous quality checks before, during, and after production.

To ensure that our suppliers meet our requirements for social sustainability, we conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations. We carry out audits, onsite visits, and regular meetings with our suppliers to verify that the factories adhere to our Code of Conduct and meet our expectations regarding working conditions, occupational health and safety, environmental practices, and social responsibility.

Reusable products

We have a wide range of long-lasting reusable products.

We offer recycled paper, recycled plastic, recycled cotton, recycled polyester and many other sustainable materials.

Paper from sustainable forestry

By default, we make our paper bags and packaging from paper from sustainable forestry.
